The “money really does grow on trees” breakfast

Community Wood Recycling Managing Director Richard Mehmed was the speaker at May’s Brighton and Hove business breakfast.  His talk took a fascinated audience from the early days of his first social enterprise, to the building of a new industry sector in wood recycling. His journey offered many valuable lessons to small businesses, particularly those interested in giving something back, and proved to all that the smallest acorn of an idea really can turn into a mighty oak.
