Humber Wood Recycling Project is a self-funding social enterprise, formed in December 2013 with the aim of reducing wood waste, saving resources and to create training, volunteering and workplace opportunities for people within the local area who may be considered as disadvantaged or marginalised.

Building Futures with Wates
Humber Wood Recycling were delighted to get involved in Wates’s Building Futures programme. This is a vocational training programme, aimed at long term unemployed adults, all of whom are disadvantaged, in finding work.
