Calling people of Leeds!

Could you be the country’s newest wood recycling social entrepreneur?

This is a life-changing opportunity to run your own green company and make a difference to the lives of disadvantaged people in your community.

Community Wood Recycling’s network of 26 social enterprises already covers most of the country.  From a single wood recycling project started in 1998, we now cover the country from Glasgow to Taunton. Each one is a separate company, run by enthusiastic people who want to develop their own social enterprise within a supportive network and who share our goals of creating a more sustainable and socially just society.

We know there’s a demand for wood recycling services in Leeds, and we have strong relationships with many leading building companies working in the area who already use our services.  We can provide training and support, advice on getting grant funding for start-up costs and when you’re up and running we can pass on work to you, as well as help you develop a local client base.
