Breyer Group makes 100th site

Congratulations to NCWRP client Breyer Group PLC for making it to their 100th site, North Bersted in Bognor Regis!

NCWRP founder Richard Mehmed was on site to present Breyer Contracts Manager Greg Pike with a certificate commemorating this important milestone of waste wood collections from 100 Breyer sites. Breyer and the NCWRP have been working together since autumn of 2008. 1321 tonnes of waste wood have been saved from the skip, resulting not only in environmental benefits but also 13 full time jobs and 2000 days of volunteering for local disadvantaged people.

Breyer are the first building company (but hopefully not the last) to achieve such a feat. Pictured are Richard (right) and Greg (left), with Lloyd Willson of Arun District Council who awarded the North Bersted contract to Breyer, on site in Bognor.
